Geldards revealed as one of Wales’ leading M&A advisers

Geldards has been named as one of the most active M&A advisers in Wales during 2022 by Experian.

Experian’s Market IQ report which highlights Geldards as the second most active law firm in the Mergers & Acquisitions sector, is testament to the highly skilled individuals within the team and reflects the busy year achieved by Geldards’ Corporate and Banking and Finance teams.

Geldards’ specialist knowledge and M&A experience spans a range of sectors including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food & drink, technology and finance.

Throughout 2022, the team advised a range of clients from owner and family managed businesses, through to global corporate organisations, employee owned businesses and private equity investors.
