Geldards promote Stuart Walters to Partner in Nottingham’s Commercial Property team

Stuart Walters, a highly experienced member of the Commercial Property team in Geldards’ Nottingham office, has been promoted to Partner in the latest round of promotions at the firm.

Stuart specialises in landlord and tenant law; his client roll includes local, regional and national landlords and tenants. He manages the Nottingham office’s innovative multi-disciplinary lease renewals team which represents a number of high profile retailers including Eurocell group of companies and the Edinburgh Woollen Mill/Peacocks group of companies.

In addition to his portfolio management brief, Stuart also acts for a number of regional residential and commercial developers in relation to site assembly, site acquisition, unit lettings and investment disposals.
