Milly is a Solicitor in the Education team. She has a wealth of experience navigating parents through the maze which is the special educational needs system. Milly assists parents at all stages of the special educational needs process, from advising and drafting EHC needs assessments, through to appeals against the contents of EHC plans.

Milly has particular expertise in complex appeals involving specialist independent placements. Her knowledge on social and health care matters is particularly sought after by parents seeking residential placements.

Milly is a New Zealand qualified barrister and solicitor, graduating from the University of Auckland in 2020 with a degree specialising public law and civil litigation.
