Geldards champions Constructing Excellence in Wales
Geldards’ Construction team is pleased to support the launch of the latest Constructing Excellence in Wales (CEWales) report. This annual report released at the end of 2024 highlights the challenges and successes of the built environment in Wales throughout the year, paving the way for positive improvements.
The organisation works collaboratively with the Welsh Government, key stakeholders and industry professionals to drive improved performance and best practice. Long-standing supporters of the Constructing Excellence in Wales movement, Tony Norris and Claire Laviers from Geldards National Infrastructure & Construction Team were pleased to attend the launch of the report in December.
The Annual Report reflects on the challenges the sector has faced in a tough market facing supply chain issues and skills-shortages, coupled with the pressure to achieve sustainability goals. Promoting a message of collaboration and innovation throughout, CEWales highlights the importance of developing a skilled workforce to meet future demand, and a strong commitment to sustainable practices.
