Geldards Corporate team delivered a strong performance in 2024, advising on a diverse range of deals worth nearly half a billion pounds. The team’s deep sector knowledge and specialist skills helped many clients fulfil their business growth ambitions.

The team completed a variety of transactions including early stage investments, major acquisitions, sales, MBOs and transitions to Employee Ownership (EOTs).

59 Major deals were completed over the course of 2024 across many sectors, including healthcare, technology, pharmaceuticals, food and drink and the motor industry.
