Chris is Head of Commercial Law in Cardiff. He advises private, public sector and voluntary organisations on the negotiation and structuring of complex commercial contracts including trading agreements, agency and distribution contracts and partnership agreements.

He advises clients on complex commercial contracts helping them to identify and manage any risks and negotiate terms. He is able to draw on experience from sectors such as health, local and devolved government and travel so that the legal arrangements are tailored to the context as appropriate. This helps clients in saving time and ultimately money in the negotiation process.
