Ella is a solicitor in the Property Dispute Resolution team based in Cardiff.
Ella joined the Property Dispute Resolution team upon qualifying as a solicitor and specialises in contentious probate and trusts work. This includes dealing with disputes between executors/trustees and beneficiaries; challenges to the validity of Wills; issuing and defending claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975; and disputes relating to trusts.
Ella also has experience in all aspects of Property Dispute work, including Landlord and Tenant issues, disputes involving breach of contract, property boundaries, and dilapidations, and possession proceedings.
Ella graduated from Cardiff University with a Law degree in 2018 before completing the LPC, also at Cardiff University, in 2019. Ella also has a masters degree (LLM) in Legal Practice.
