Grace Day

Grace is an associate in the Infrastructure & Construction team based in Cardiff. After completing her two year training contract, Grace joined the team upon qualifying as a solicitor and assists with a wide variety of matters including contentious and non-contentious construction matters.

Grace has assisted in drafting and advising on a variety of project documents, including bespoke and standard form building contracts, framework agreements, appointments, warranties and bonds. Grace has assisted in acting for local authorities, contractors, developers and consultants.
