Advised a well-known, multi-national energy drinks brand on its numerous sponsorship arrangements with a roster of high-profile athletes and sporting bodies across various sectors including football, tennis, cycling and rugby. Specialist advice was also provided on the regulation of the relationship between the client, the athlete and other third-party sponsors.

Advised several large, multi-national, market leading FMCG businesses on transformational outsourcing arrangements for their field sales teams, allowing the businesses to increase their product reach by using specialised teams to maximise on-shelf exposure. Advice included matters relating to setting outsourcing provider performance targets and TUPE transfer of staff from the client to the new provider.
